It didn't even snow that much and there is no heavy winds out there. BUT the roads are not plowed in most places. Aaaaaaa Why? Is there a reason for not plowing on the last day of Winter? Maybe it's a day off for the road crews? Not sure I will ever see an answer anyway. O well, a mystery.
